Bainbridge Heritage Organic Doug Fir Gin coffee 1 is made from IrishDistilled by Bainbridge Organic Distillers, this gin was made from a grain bill of soft white wheat and 10 USDA Organic botanicals including juniper, coriander, cardamom, fennel seed, Seville orange and lemon peels, orris, licorice and angelica roots and fresh harvested Douglas fir tips. 3X distilled, vapor infused to maintain the freshness of the botanical essences. Bright notes of Doug fir, juniper, licorice and evergreen on the nose, juniper berry,
